Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid Premium memberships purchased on the Navya website (navyasocial.in) and the Navya mobile applications on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store

1. Plans and pricing

Premium plans are billed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST). Current plans:

  • Premium Monthly: ₹499 per month, auto-renewing.
  • Premium 6-month: ₹2,499 for six months, auto-renewing.
  • Premium Annual: ₹4,499 for twelve months, auto-renewing.
2. Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time without giving a reason. After cancellation you will continue to enjoy Premium until the end of the current billing period. Future renewals will not be charged.

  • On the website: Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription.
  • On Google Play: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Navya → Cancel.
  • On the App Store: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Navya → Cancel.
3. Refund — 7-day satisfaction window

For first-time subscribers, we offer a full refund if you request one within 7 days of your first paid charge, provided that you have not used the Premium feature to send a connection request or initiate a WhatsApp introduction. To request a refund, write to billing@navya.in from the email address registered on your account, including your transaction ID.

After 7 days, or if you have already used the Premium WhatsApp connect feature, refunds are not available because the service has been substantially used.

4. Pro-rata refunds

For 6-month and annual plans, if you cancel and request a refund within 7 days of the start of a renewal period and have not used Premium features in that period, we will refund 100% of that period's charge. Mid-cycle refunds outside the 7-day window are not provided.

5. Refunds for purchases via app stores

Purchases made through Google Play Billing or Apple App Store are subject to those platforms' refund policies. Please request refunds directly with Google or Apple. Navya cannot process refunds for app-store transactions on your behalf.

6. Failed payments and chargebacks

If a payment fails, we will retry once and then cancel the renewal. If you raise a chargeback through your bank or card network for a charge that does not qualify under this policy, your account may be suspended pending investigation. We comply with the rules of the National Payments Corporation of India and the Reserve Bank of India for all refund timelines.

7. Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5 working days. The amount typically appears in your bank account within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank. UPI refunds are usually instant; card refunds take longer.

8. Disputes

If you are not satisfied with a refund decision, you may escalate to our Grievance Officer at info@navyasocial.in. Unresolved disputes may be filed before the relevant District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or before the courts at Kolkata.
